Radix Dance Convention was founded in 2011 by Eddie Strachan and Jeff Lapes. Even though it’s one of the newer dance conventions on the scene, Radix has quickly gained a reputation for its innovative approach to dance education and its commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative community of dancers. Radix Dance is a convention that focuses on developing dancers’ technique and artistry while also encouraging them to explore their creativity and individuality in a positive and supportive environment.
